Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: e-mail address, name, password (stored as a hash), preferred language and the time you registered.

Security data: the IP address and browser user-agent at registration and at each login, login attempts and API token use. We keep these to detect account takeover, duplicate accounts and abuse.

Service data: the VMs, IPs, firewall rules, tickets and invoices you create, and traffic statistics of your IPs measured at the network edge (packets and bytes per second, attack events). We do not inspect the content of your traffic or your disks.

Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep the Stripe customer and payment identifiers, the last four digits and the amounts paid.

2. Why we use it

To provide and bill the service, to secure accounts and the network, to answer support tickets, to send transactional e-mail (verification, invoices, password reset, VM events) and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies and local storage

The console keeps your session token, language and theme in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie needed to tell people from bots on the sign-up and login forms.

4. Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), our e-mail delivery provider (transactional mail), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection) and the cloud platform that hosts your VMs. Each receives only what it needs for its task. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and for up to 12 months after deletion for billing and fraud records; invoices are kept as long as the law requires. VM disks are deleted with the VM. Edge traffic samples are kept for 30 days, attack events for 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can see and change your account data in the console, export your invoices and request deletion of your account from the Account page. For other requests write to the address below.
